The Department of Culture of the City of Roverbella, in collaboration with the Librogusteria "The Pensieve" of Mantua and the Library System "Great Mantua" is the writing competition "Stories blinds" on "Create a Mantua legend. "
RULES The competition is open to all adults. Each author may submit at most work. The competition involves the construction of short stories with a maximum of 1000 words. Each author must necessarily enter into the story, as a center or as a simple quote, a place and three terms (at its discretion) from among those listed in the notice. It 'also possible - but not required - enter, as a citation or central element, one of the characters mentioned in the notice.
The works must be original and in Italian.

SECTIONS
There shall be two parallel sections in the competition. The first section includes all participants between the ages 18 and 35, the second section brings together all the participants over the age of 36 years.

Works must be submitted no later than August 31, 2010.
The competition is free.
RULES 'OF SENDING
WORKS The works must be sent by e-mail to the organizers at the following email address: storiemantovane@gmail.com.
The author must send an email with the subject "Contest Entry". In the same e-mail the author must enclose the story. For the Annex are accepted the following formats: . Doc. Docx. Rtf and. Pdf. The author must also provide the following personal information: Name, date and place of birth, home address and email address. We accept no responsibility for works already published or which are not original texts of the writer.
COMMISSION
The works will be evaluated by a commission composed of three members appointed by the Mayor after the expiry of the notice. The work of the Commission is final.
AWARDS
established for each of two sections: the first prize will be awarded € 150.00 in vouchers at Librogusteria "The Pensieve of Mantua. The second will be awarded with € 100.00 in vouchers at Librogusteria "The Pensieve" Mantua, the third prize will be awarded with € 50.00 in vouchers at Librogusteria "The Pensieve of Mantua.
E 'will also be a special award, sponsored by the Library System of Great Mantua, to the account voted by more active reading groups in libraries Borgoforte, Castelluccio, Mantova, Marmirolo, Porto Mantova, San Giorgio and Virgil.
PUBLICATION
The works will be collected in a volume in an edition prepared by the Culture of the City of Roverbella. All participants at the "Stories valances, while retaining the ability to freely use their work at a later time, can not claim any right on the first edition of the book.
